Refund & Returns Policy

1. 14-Day Return Window

We want you to be thrilled with your new gear. You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return for a refund or exchange. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unopened, unused, and in its original premium packaging.

2. Hygiene & Sanitary Restrictions

Due to the professional nature of our products (clippers, trimmers, and shavers) and for the protection of all our customers, we cannot accept returns on any items that have been opened or used.

  • If the factory seal is broken or hair is found on the blades, the return will be rejected.
  • This applies to all high-performance tools, including the **** and the ****.

3. Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect (e.g., a motor failure in your ****), please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will provide a pre-paid return label and issue a replacement or full refund immediately upon verification.

4. How to Start a Return

To start a return, please email our support team with your order number and photos of the unopened product. Once your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on where to send your package.

Note: Unless the item is faulty, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
